Our commitment to safety
Last Updated Nov 2020
The Cub House is committed to protecting the health of our team and community as we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to remain open we have implemented strict safety protocols for employees within the workspace and for our interactions with customers. We ask that you review all of the information on this page carefully and respect the plan we've outlined before visiting our store.
While we are currently open, that can change at any time if the situation warrants. Follow us on instagram @itsnotabikeshop for the most current updates. You can find more information about California's response to COVID-19 here.
What we need from you:
- Don’t show up if you’re sick at all, in any way.
- Wear a mask.
- Read and respect all posted guidelines.
We have cautiously reopened for limited in-store browsing. One person, or group from the same home, is allowed inside at a time. No appointment necessary. We are still setup to help you outside if you'd prefer. If you can't visit us in person, you can shop the Cub House online store at shop.cubhouse.cc and for even more product, visit our sister store teamdreamteam.com
What to expect when you arrive
Bike Repairs and Shopping
- Everyone is required to wear a face mask and maintain social distance.
- Appointments are not necessary at this time. We are helping customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We are set up to help customers outside and have ample room to accomdate people while they wait.
- Limited in-store browsing is available. One person, or group from the same home, is allowed at time. Please respect our team and other shoppers by limiting unnecessary touching within the store.
Generally
- Please, no cash payments. To limit contact we’d prefer you pay for repairs prior to pickup. We will email you an invoice to be paid online when your bike is ready, but if necessary we can accept apple pay, venmo or credit card on-site.
- Our employees are wearing gloves and masks, regularly washing hands, and cleaning/disinfecting surfaces. We are limiting the number of staff and practicing social distancing on-site.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not abide by the safety precautions we’ve outlined here, or in person.
